Due to the current Covid-19 situation and its impact on the travel industry, unfortunately we have had to temporarily reduce the size of our team. With effect from 1st April, our operating hours have reduced to allow us to best support our customers.
All other team members have been placed on the government job retention scheme with the intention that they will re-join us once we have come safely though this current crisis.
Our opening hours will now be as follows:
Mon – Fri: 10.00-16.00
Bank Holidays: Closed
Our priority will be to support those customers with travel arrangements that have been cancelled by the tour operator/airline. These will be due to depart in the next 4-6 weeks. We ask that you refrain from calling to keep lines as open as possible and send all enquiries via email. Our phone lines are currently very busy.
