Having joined Destina Travel recently I have worked in travel for over 25 years with companies such as Thomas Cook, Airtours and Going Places. I started out on an apprenticeship straight from school and immediately knew this was my dream career, I just loved helping make customers’ dream holidays come true.

Prior to starting with Destina I lived out in the Middle East for 8 years, mainly in Dubai, which was an amazing experience.  This also enabled me to work on another side of the travel industry and opened many travel opportunities on that side of the world.

I then took a few years out to raise my family and had a career change, but I never had the job satisfaction like I did in travel. The love and excitement of the travel industry was always with me, and nothing came close. I love how an idea can be made a reality and being able to guide clients on the experience to ensure they had the best customer service and ultimately providing them with their dream holiday was the biggest part I missed.

Favourite Destination:

Thailand, Indonesia and Spain.

Spain, Greece, Turkey, Portugal, Malta, France, Cyprus, many European Cities, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, USA, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bali, Thailand, Australia plus many more.

Most memorable experience:

Travelling around Australia.
